Q. What is the re-creation made from?

A. Verus Art re-creations use special elevated printing panel and the highest grade archival inks.

Q. Where can I visit the collection?

A. Select galleries will be displaying Verus Art re-creations. Contact customer service to see if there is a gallery in your area.

Q. Can I order different frames?

A. We offer a variety of frames for each re-creation to suit your décor.

Q. What is a Certificate of Authenticity?

A. A certificate of authenticity guarantees that the re-creation has been authorized by the National Gallery of Canada.

Q. How can I re-frame my re-creation?

A. We recommend that you have your re-creation reframed by a professional framer.

Q. Can I track the progress of my order?

A. You will receive tracking email for your order. Contact customer service should you not receive a tracking email.

Q. My re-creation arrived damaged, what can I do?

Cleaning Verus Art re-creations

Q. How can I clean my re-creation?

A. Using only water, use a slightly moist microfiber cloth or lint free silk cloth to clean the re-creation.

Q. Can I use chemical cleaners on my frame?

A. No – chemical cleaners may damage the re-creation.
